We are looking for a seasoned handyman/handywoman with the following experience:
Here are the key requirements for the Lead Handyman Home Service Technician position:

Experience: You should have at least 10 years of paid handyman experience.
Tools: You must own your own tools.
Location: Live within 30 minutes in the area.
Insurability: You should be insurable for driving a company vehicle.
Physical Abilities: You must be able to lift 50 pounds independently and work safely at heights for extended periods.
Professionalism: Maintain a premium professional appearance and take care of the company provided vehicle.
Additionally, as a Lead Handyman Home Service Technician, you should be proficient in the following areas:
- Carpentry work
- Bathroom improvements
- Kitchen improvements
- Painting (both inside and out)
- Drywall repairs (minor and major)
- General plumbing and electrical work (where allowed by law)
- Floor installation and refurbishing
- Wall tile installation and repair
- Cement work
- Deck building and repairs

The appropriate candidate for the Lead Handyman Home Service Technician position will be proficient in miscellaneous around-the-house type repairs like carpentry, basic plumbing, drywall, painting, and basic electrical. Candidates do not need to be licensed tradesmen, but those candidates are welcome to apply.

Qualified candidates will need a driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and standard tools. Candidate must also speak fluent English and be a legal citizen of the US.

Compensation: $67,600.00 - $72,800.00 per year
